This session provides your team with the opportunity to explore the values of your organization. Each member of the team will have the opportunity to personalize and find meaning in the values.
In this interactive session, the team will have the opportunity to uncover:
- The importance of values and their influence on culture
- Above the line and below the line behaviours for each value and how they show up at work

- Think: Understand the importance of behaviours in bringing values to life
- Do: Craft commitments related to each value
- Feel: Empowered and inspired to enable a culture that lives the values every day
