Overview
The Team Diagnostic Assessment is a state-of-the-art instrument, based on a proven model that defines the necessary strengths for high-performing, sustainable and inspired teams.
The team will complete the assessment at the start of the engagement and then 6 months later to measure enhancements in team effectiveness. The assessment helps to highlight the following strengths for teams to leverage:


Team Diagnostic Assessment Online Surveys (20 min. anonymous/aggregated responses) delivered pre-and post-session.
Team report measuring “current” Productivity & Positivity in the following competencies:
Communication, Trust, Respect, Value Diversity, Camaraderie, Constructive Interaction, Optimism, Team Leadership, Accountability, Alignment (mission & purpose), Goals & Strategies, Decision Making, Resources, Proactive (creative initiative).

Individuals in functional positions who lead without formal authority or an official leadership title, as well as those preparing for leadership roles.
