Team Building and Special Project
Overview
In this Team Building Kickoff you will learn who your group members will be, the business topic and the Senior Leader who will be your sponsor and mentor for the special project component.
To help embed the key learnings from the High Potential Training program, you will be placed into a group with some of your program peers and assigned a real business issue to research and develop a business case plan. You will present your plan to the senior leadership team at the end of the program.
This workshop is a key component of our comprehensive High Potential Training program.
