Cross-Functional Alignment


In this session, we map the unique value of each role on the team and the productive tensions required for the team to be effective. We focus on enhancing the use of productive conflict to improve the quality of decision making. Finally, we reach agreement on 2-3 priority areas where the team needs to focus its efforts to optimize performance in the future.

During the process, we look at the key functions in the organization and examine:

  • What is the unique value of each function?
  • Who is the key stakeholder for each function?
  • What tension must each function put on discussion?
