Overview

Change is universal. Most individuals are somewhat uncomfortable with change, as change brings uncertainty. In fact, depending on the situation, the people, the timing and the workplace, it can reveal fears, concerns, challenges, and opportunities that need to be addressed. In this course, learn about the phases of change that many people experience, how you can prepare yourself to address the important issues connected with a change, and how to enable yourself to focus on your role in supporting others to minimize the potential negative effects of that change in your workplace.

    presented by it
  • Apply a framework to enable resilience in the face of change
  • Identify what is within your influence and control
  • Commit to actions to take ownership of change
