Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the office.
Not a Sourcer was stirring, not even a Recruiter was focused
The resumes were sorted in the inbox with care,
In hopes that the perfect candidate soon would be there;
The candidates have nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of fair compensation and positive work cultures danced in their heads
When out in a home office, an inbox did chatter
A Recruiter sprang from their bed to see what was the matter.
They ran to their laptop…
And opened with delight
The best little message came into their sights.
An email they read that made them smile with glee :
Our client needed a new HR VP!

The moon was shining on new-fallen snow
The lustre of this news; the recruiter’s eyes did glow
When out through the window a sleigh did appear
With Greg and Simon from the Talent Company spreading their cheer!
The Recruiter knew in a moment that help was in sight
The expertise was on its way to help with delight
Simon and Greg, whistled, and shouted, and called them by name:

“Now, Lisa! now, Richard! Now Irene and Rebecca!
On, Monica! on Kathleen! on, Jason and Erika!
To the top of the porch! to the top of the wall!

Now dash away! dash away! dash away all!”

When met with an obstacle, this team would always be there
To help HR teams sort their issues with care
The Talent Company Team supports TA teams with a smile
With Recruitment Solutions to find candidates for miles
So up to the house top the reindeer they flew,
With the sleigh full of candidates, leadership training and Career Transition too
And then, in a twinkling, the recruiter heard on the roof
The prancing and pawing of each little hoof.
From out of the sleigh Greg and Simon did scoot
With their clothes all tarnished with ashes and soot;
A bundle of resumes and solutions in their sacks,

Their eyes — how they twinkled!
Don’t worry we’ve got your back!

They spoke not a word, but went straight to their work,
And filled all the stockings with webinars, to build your network
When the goodies were delivered and the cookies were gone
Greg and Simon rose the chimney so they could get back by dawn
Greg and Simon sprang to their sleigh, to their team they whistled,
And away they all flew like the down of a thistle.
But the Recruiter heard them exclaim, as they drove out of sight,
