New Director Coaching Program
Expand and mature your leadership skills along the executive pathway
The New Director Coaching Program provides an opportunity for new executives to gain a better understanding of their role as a director in their first year (or two). The goal of the program is to equip new executives with the skills needed to effectively lead in today’s work environment by exploring a variety of leadership topics to help them navigate complexities, build resilience and adaptability in times of change, and enhance key leadership competencies as a new executive.


Outcomes include:
- Understanding the director’s role in modern government systems and processes, including the character based soft skills that are required to lead into the future
- Strengthening self-awareness and the skills to build resilience, lead, engage and collaborate
- Explore the director’s role in creating a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace
- Developing leadership agility and capacity to navigate change and complexity
The New Directors Coaching Program is highly customized to the participants’ real-time needs, yet follows the necessary competencies and path for growth and development at the executive level.
