Coaching Circles are a trusting environment for a small group of peers to coach each other in exploring the challenges and complexities of their roles and in effective and authentic ways to achieve what matters most to them.

Facilitated by certified executive coaches, a Coaching Circle is protected time in your schedule to work on your professional and soft skill development and the most important leadership challenges within the role and context you are facing in a collaborative peer sourcing environment.

Delivery Modality

Within a cadre of ten, manager level participants, a 6-month coaching circle journey typical includes the following components;

  • Six (6), 2-hour Coaching Circle Group Sessions with a suggested topic path of the following, participants come prepared with real time case scenarios to explore;

    • Emotional Intelligence 
    • Performance Management in a Hybrid Ecosystem
    • Manager as Coach; Coaching and Feedback Conversations
    • Communicating to Influence; Stakeholder Relations
    • Navigating and Managing How Change Has Changed
  • Six (6) 50-minute One-to-One Executive Coaching Sessions for each participant focussing on individual and personalized growth outcomes.
