Business Experience
Tamar has extensive experience working with clients from the private, non-profit, and public sectors. She has worked in a variety of industries such as healthcare, education, finance, sales/marketing, communication, and media. She works with all levels of an organization, providing individual and group coaching and workshop facilitation in the areas of leadership development and career management/ transition.
Tamar has coached leaders from across North America to help them develop their leadership and thrive in their roles. She is a PCC level ICF certified coach and has worked with both private sector and not-for-profit executives and their employees to help them gain greater alignment with both personal and team goals. For two years, Tamar was a Leadership Coach for Studio Y, a fellowship program for young innovators at the MaRS Discovery District in Toronto, Canada. There, she co-facilitated the leadership curriculum and supported fellows to develop professionally to Lead Systems Change.
