Overview and Strengths

Stephanie is a results-oriented Executive Coach and Business Leader with 20 years of experience in diverse, top leadership roles in the Professional Services sector. Having been an ICF Professional Certified Coach since 2010, she brings a powerful combination of many years of formal training, plus first-hand leadership and business operating experience to her clients.

Stephanie has a wealth of work experiences, from running her own coaching business for Senior Management and Leadership teams, to working as a Senior Consultant for Oliver Wyman and Deloitte, to progressing in a 60-person corporate training firm from a Master Facilitator for top Fortune 100 companies, to a Director role, to Vice President of Strategy, to the Managing Director reporting into the company’s co-Founders. As Managing Director, she successfully led the business’ turnaround during the COVID-19 pandemic.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of British Columbia, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Ivey Business School and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation.

She has been coaching since 2004, when she enrolled in her first coach training program and started her coaching business. Coaching has infused her leadership and communication style, as she learned at an early point in her career how to help build people’s capabilities to achieve their goals, grow and develop as leaders.

On a personal note, in 2008, she ran 11,000 miles around North America to inspire environmental action for her charity, With funds raised during the run tour, she founded and now manages a legacy fund which provides grants to youth-driven environmental initiatives in Canada. For her efforts, His Excellency the Right Honorable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, awarded her the Meritorious Service Medal in 2016.
