Overview and Strengths

Equipped with recent first-hand leadership and business operating experience, and over 15 years of in-depth corporate coaching, Stephanie supports her clients to thrive in their new world of work.

She coaches senior-level professionals, from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, to leverage the unique qualities that set them apart, and take the strategic steps necessary for them to excel in their professional lives. She partners with her clients to reflect upon their conflicting challenges, refine their goals, establish a tailored plan and get them to where they want to be, faster.

Complimenting her work as a full-time Executive Coach, she also serves as a Faculty Member for the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.

Stephanie has a wealth of work experience in diverse, top leadership roles, spanning the Professional Services, Education and Technology sectors. Her experiences ranges from working as a Senior Consultant for Oliver Wyman and Deloitte, to progressing in a global corporate training firm from a Master Facilitator for Fortune 100 companies, ultimately to the company’s Managing Director. As Managing Director, she successfully led the business’ turnaround during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Stephanie has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Ivey Business School. She has been coaching since 2005, when she enrolled in her first coach training program, and earned her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation in 2010.

On a personal note, in 2008, she ran 11,000 miles around North America to inspire environmental action for her charity, With funds raised during the run tour, she founded and now manages a legacy fund which provides grants to youth-driven environmental initiatives in Canada. For her efforts, His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, awarded her the Meritorious Service Medal in 2016.
