Overview & Strengths

Ms. Ménard is a practitioner and researcher in the field of learning and development in the workplace. She holds a PhD in Education and specializes in leadership development through executive coaching and other experiential competency-based learning methods.

Sophie is a certified PCC-Level ICF coach and has been a full-time professor for 14 years teaching group intervention and leadership. Ms. Ménard continues to teach and do research as an adjunct professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of Ottawa.

Since 2001, she has held several senior management positions such as Director of Leadership, Culture and Health at the University of Montreal, Director of Leadership, Learning and Organizational Development at the University of Ottawa and Director of Undergraduate Studies in the Faculty of Human Sciences at St-Paul University.
