Ruth Jiang is an HR Consultant who has more than 20 years of progressive HR leadership experience. She has worked for various industries in North America and Asia Pacific, taking country and regional roles. She has helped many startups set up HR infrastructure from scratch and implemented short-term and long-term HR strategies to achieve fast business growth. As a consultant, she has helped clients to manage established HR programs, manage pension and benefits and establish new HR operations.
Ruth has expertise in talent management, compensation design, benefits and pension, payroll, performance management, process re-design, policy, HRIS system selection and implementation. Her unique experience in start-ups has built the foundation of her consulting practice and she looks forward to sharing her experience and insight to her clients.
