With global experience in both corporate and consulting settings, Rachel offers extraordinary technical expertise. Her hands-on experience is complemented by exceptional credentials including a Master of Industrial Relations & Human Resources, a Bachelor of Business Administration as well as Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) designations.
As part of The Talent Company’s HR & Total Rewards Solutions team, Rachel works with our clients to design, implement and manage compensation and HR analytics programs.
Rachel brings a proven record helping organizations improve compensation fundamentals including: Creating a customized philosophy; Building job hierarchies; Conducting job evaluations; Undertaking market benchmarking and analysis; Designing salary and incentive programs; and, Global and expatriate compensation.
Rachel is also passionate about improving HR processes and introducing authentic analytics. She is able to apply her expert software skills (Excel, Power BI, Python, Visio) in a practical and powerful way.
