Neville leverages 20 years of sales leadership experience with industry-leading companies, including IBM, Apple Computer, Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions and Filogix (now owned by DHCorp/Vista Equity). At Filogix Neville reported to the President and was a member of the senior executive team. As an astute coach and engaging facilitator, Neville has worked with senior leaders in organizations across Canada, the USA, Asia, South America, and Europe.
Neville works with C-Suite leaders and senior executives to ensure they are truly optimizing their impact within their organizations, with their Boards and externally in the community. She employs superb listening skills, takes an advisory approach and quickly gets to the heart of each challenge faced by her clients. - Coached a successful high-potential sales leader being considered for promotion to General Manager role in Europe. Focus of the coaching was elevation of leadership approach to a more strategic, global level. Worked with the leader to practice stepping back, analyzing the broader picture and communicating a more strategic point of view. Leader was promoted to the GM role.
- Coached an EVP at a top Canadian bank who had to build strong stakeholder relationships across product lines in order to execute the digital strategy. Gathered 360 feedback and focused on influence-building through development of exemplary listening skills.
