Overview
Nataliya is a Career Development Practitioner supporting individuals in career transition globally and across Canada. For the last seven years, Nataliya has worked in employment counselling and coaching roles within the social services environment. In 2021, she launched her own career consulting company – Modern Career Lab.
Nataliya has been a member of Career Professionals of Canada (CPC) since 2020 and possesses the following certifications:
- Certified Career Strategist (CCS)
- Certified Résumé Strategist (CRS)
- Certified Employment Strategist (CES)
- Certified Interview Strategist (CIS)
- Certified Work-Life Strategist (CWS)
Nataliya also holds Human Resource Management Diploma and has a Master’s Degree in Psychology.
In addition to career counselling, Nataliya holds a Practical Workshop Facilitation Skills Certificate and has experience facilitating and developing employment workshops.
