Michael is a senior leader, coach and social entrepreneur with global business experience across the real estate, pension fund and technology sectors. As a CPA, Certified Executive Coach, and professional photographer, he offers a refreshing and creative approach to coaching, leadership development, strategy, and business transformation. His diverse experience across multiple industries, geographies and business functions has provided him with a unique perspective on complex organizational challenges.

Michael’s experience spans a number of senior-level roles including VP of Enterprise Risk Management at OMERS, where he provided strategic risk management leadership across OMERS $72 billion global investment portfolio. He also held multiple VP roles at Oxford Properties, where he led transformational change across the risk, finance, governance and learning functions. He is a frequent writer and speaker on creativity, innovation and the future of work and has been a featured speaker at numerous industry and peer association events. He is also an experienced educator and is currently a part-time coach and facilitator in the Business Edge program at the Rotman School of Management.

Michael has extensive leadership experience working for OMERS and Oxford Properties in a variety of senior finance, risk, and learning and development roles. His work experience also includes positions at Ernst & Young and Deloitte. He has coached numerous leaders on strategy, business transformation, creativity and future of work planning.
