Overview
Michael is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University. His innate curiosity also compels him to work in consulting to ensure a deep understanding of how theoretical models, frameworks, and approaches work practically in the real world.
He possesses in-depth knowledge in job evaluation, pay equity, compensation, mental health and wellbeing, organizational development and change, and management decision-making.
Michael offers his in-depth research and analytical expertise to help his clients apply evidence-based decision making. He has published and advised organizations on topics such as role design, virtual work, job evaluation, pay equity, work-role overload, and compensation structure design.
Michael obtained a PhD in Organizational Behavior Studies and an MBA from Carleton University. He also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
