Lynne is a passionate and compassionate coach and leadership development facilitator with over 25 years of experience in human resources, where she has consistently enabled individuals and organizations to thrive. Her journey has been driven by a deep commitment to the human element within organizations.

With a career spent leading teams, advising, and coaching business leaders, Lynne’s expertise lies in her ability to support individuals and teams achieve their goals, foster effective communication and engagement, and bring a multidimensional perspective to help diverse groups find common goals and work together harmoniously.

Lynne understands the challenges of striving for excellence in multiple aspects of life, including career, family, and friendships. She has shifted her focus to pursuing progress over perfection and her coaching reflects this transformative approach. Lynne energizes through nature walks, gardening, enjoying various backyard birds and critters, reading and practicing yoga. She has a great sense of humor that adds a touch of lightness to every interaction.

Lynne is a Certified Flow Coach (FCC) and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario. Her educational background includes a B.A. in Psychology from Western University, a Certificate in Strategic Human Resources from Queens University, and coursework in Adult Education and Training from the University of Toronto (OISE).
