Lisa is a Facilitator at The Talent Company. She brings more than 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, specializing in designing and delivering high-quality learning solutions that align with organizational culture and people strategy.

In the course of her career, Lisa has worked in complex, fast-changing organizations and supported a broad range of top-tier clients across numerous industries within both public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She is able to bring those experiences into her training sessions to encourage diverse points of view.

Lisa has a life-long passion for helping people and educating others. So, it’s no surprise that she is dedicated to designing effective learning for clients focused on promoting leadership capability, elevating team performance, and supporting ongoing professional development to drive business outcomes. She is a down-to-earth facilitator delivering outcome-based learning programs with a spirited energy. She has designed and facilitated workshops for Canadian, U.S. and International groups, ranging from from technical training to professional development and leadership programs.
