With tenures with consulting firms Aon Hewitt and Towers Perrin, she honed her ability to design and provide insight into Executive and Broad-based Compensation programs that attract, retain and motivate the talent your organization needs to achieve your goals.
As part of The Talent Company’s Total Rewards Solutions team, Laura applies her project management and technical expertise to help clients: Develop effective and authentic total rewards strategies; Measure the cost and impact of these strategies; Implement customized and practical frameworks; Identify and apply external insights such as conducting market benchmarking and analysis; and, Crafting clear and impactful communication.
She also leverages her expertise in broader talent frameworks and approaches, including: Building sound job architecture; Career pathing; and, talent management.
Laura’s consulting experience is complemented by a solid academic background; She earned her B.A.C.S. in Human Resources from Huron University and a Masters in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto.
