Kristy Carrod is an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant who specializes in working with professionals in demanding, client-facing environments.
With 20 years of experience in Talent and Business Management at leading investment banks, Kristy is attuned to the profile of a driven professional who is striving to maximize their effectiveness in a high-performing and often relentless environment. Her experience in the capital markets lends her to gain understanding and affinity with clients in among the most intense industries.
In both individual and team coaching, Kristy works with clients on topics including leadership effectiveness, high potential development, establishing boundaries, role transition, communication mastery and relationship skills.

Kristy has degrees from McGill University (Industrial Relations) and the University of Toronto (Master of Adult Education). Additionally, Kristy has a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and is currently being trained in the ORSC program (Organization, Relationship and Systems Coaching). Kristy is accredited as an Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation and is bound by their code of ethics and confidentiality.
