Overview and Strengths

With over 20 years of corporate experience, Kristina focuses on leadership coaching and development, marketing, and women in leadership, to help people and organizations accelerate their impact so they can focus on delivering results. 

Prior to establishing her coaching and consulting business, Kristina’s previous roles included the Chief Marketing officer for Ceridian, a leading Human Capital Management technology organization, Senior Vice President of Marketing for Dayforce, Vice President of Marketing for DMTI Spatial, and Consulting Director for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Kristina led the Ceridian marketing organization to deliver what was one of North America’s most successful tech IPOs of 2018, and was recognized broadly for her work with several industry awards including one of the top 100 most powerful women in Canada by the WXN. Kristina currently serves on the board of Orion Talent based out of Austin, Texas and is an Executive in Residence for the MaRS Discovery District out of Toronto, Canada.
