She is also an experienced career coach and navigator of corporate career journeys within organizations.
Katherine built the foundation of her career at IBM with roles in Finance, Sales, Education and ultimately Human Resources, where she was instrumental in creating a Career Centre with the objective of retaining top talent in a highly competitive IT Market. This initiative was adopted across North America and inspired her focus her career on delivering strategies and programs to engage, retain and develop employees.
Katherine is versatile leader, having worked for large global organizations, mid-size companies, and family-run businesses to serve clients across multiple industries. Prior to joining The Talent Company, she worked for Capgemini, a global IT consulting firm where she delivered talent programs for Leaders across North America including VP Promotions, Talent Reviews, Management Development and much more.
