Overview and Strengths
Katherine is a Senior Career Consultant and HR Leader who coaches executive and professional level clients through career transitions as part of our outplacement practice. She is also an experienced career coach and navigator of corporate career journeys within organizations. She is a dynamic communicator and facilitator with a unique blend of front-line business, HR and consulting experience.
Katherine built the foundation of her career at IBM with roles in Finance, Sales, Education & Training and ultimately Human Resources, where she was instrumental in creating a Career Centre with the objective of retaining top talent in a highly competitive IT Market. This initiative was adopted across North America and inspired her to focus her career on building strategies and programs to engage, retain and develop employees.
Katherine is a versatile leader, having worked for large global organizations, mid-size companies, and family-run businesses across multiple industries. Before joining The Talent Company, she worked for Capgemini, a global IT consulting firm, where she delivered talent programs for Leaders across North America including Director & VP Promotions, Talent Reviews, Management Development and more.
