Julie lives for the ‘ah-ha moment’.   Leveraging her creative generalist superpowers with a focus on co-creation, she coaches leaders and facilitates teams to find solutions despite the background noise and clutter of business complexities. The goal? Help clients take action towards better (and faster) decisions to solve their unique problems of today– and tomorrow.

A former executive with nearly 20 years’ experience, Julie considers herself a business decathlete, she has transformed and brought business results in a variety of areas such as enterprise risk, global quality supply chain, digital transformations, rapid manufacturing scaling, new product launches, business strategy, organization development and talent management.

Julie’s experience spans manufacturing, IT, and professional services, and with organizations at various stages of development, from start-ups to large enterprises. Moreover, she has successfully delivered value in both private and public organizations.

Julie is bilingual (French/English) and holds an M.Eng in Systems Engineering and Business Administration with a focus on Lean Methodologies.  She holds certifications in PROSCI Change Management and KT Problem Solving & Decision Making as a Facilitator and Coach.
