A Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Janet offers practical expertise in a broad range of HR functions including compensation, benefits, recognition, performance management and HR communications.

As part of The Talent Company’s Total Rewards Solutions team, Janet works with our clients to design, implement and manage compensation and total rewards programs. She has also worked on a number of broader HR-related projects related to performance management, HR communications and training.

Offering both corporate and consulting experience, Janet brings a proven record helping organizations improve compensation fundamentals including: Creating a customized total rewards philosophy; Building job hierarchies; Conducting job evaluations; Undertaking market benchmarking and analysis; Navigating Pay Equity; Designing merit increase and bonus programs; and, Creating specialized compensation programs.

Skilled at building and maintaining relationships at all levels, Janet is a resourceful practitioner who thrives in challenging environments where advanced problem-solving skills are required.
