Grace Olha

Overview

Grace Olha is an Emotional Intelligence practitioner, Leadership Development Coach and Career Development Coach who understands well the highs and lows of achieving personal and professional goals in diverse and dynamic environments. She is effective at developing positive relationships and collaborating with people to achieve shared goals. 

She has extensive private sector experience in retail management and account management in technology staffing and training solutions. Her expertise and ability to identify effective solutions helped her clients succeed in highly competitive markets.

She joined the federal government and led HR programs for the Department of National Defence and the Canada Border Services Agency, including DEI, mental health, psychological safety, employee engagement and awards and recognition.

Grace is a creative thinker who is at her best when faced with challenges that require innovative approaches. She partners with leaders, teams and individuals to identify goals and develop strategies to achieve a meaningful life of personal and professional fulfillment. She is devoted to assisting in the creation of psychologically healthy workplaces by coaching leaders to develop their emotional intelligence and bring out the best in themselves and others.
