Overview
Ginette enjoyed a successful 15 year career in Human Resources Leadership, leading the HR function at her last three employers. Her most recent HR role was as the Head, People and Values at Riverside Natural Foods (home of MadeGood granola snacks) where she implemented and grew the HR function for the 450 employees across three sites, with a strong focus on corporate culture, employee engagement and HR best practices.
Ginette is passionate about helping people connect to meaningful work. In 2021 Ginette completed the intensive 12 month full time Post-Graduate Career Development Professional program at Conestoga College and started her own career coaching business, Just Got ReDirected Career Coaching. Just Got ReDirected provides 1:1 career coaching, outplacement and career coaching solutions for organizations seeking to improve their employee retention and engagement.
Ginette holds the Certified Career Development Professional designation (CCDP) and is a member in good standing of the Halton Chamber of Commerce.
