With more than 20 years experience focused mainly in sales driven organizations, she has a wide array of experience from private equity companies to global, publicly traded corporations.

Rolling up her sleeves and diving in, Elissa brings a true generalist background and pragmatic approach to strategic change management initiatives. Her experience includes: leading multiple acquisitions, creating and executing corporate programs, employee relations, recognition and engagement, succession planning, compliance and talent management.

Her most recent roles include: Leading HR for country wide alcohol beverage company, Vice President of Human Resources for a private retail automotive group and a cross-Canada National HR role for a Fortune 500 supply chain organization.
