Eleonore has over 15 years of supporting private sector, public sector (federal and provincial), and nonprofit organizations and their leaders to drive social impact and reach their professional and organizational goals. Her experiences also include working with universities such as London School of Economics and King’s College London, in addition to her international experiences. 

 

She has developed an acute understanding of common leadership development needs and delivers services using proven methodologies to ensure that working together will create a measurable impact. 

Eleonore is a strong advocate of coaching for individuals, teams and organizations in order to overcome professional hurdles and navigate complexity. Having a trusted partner with whom to ask questions, who will provide honest insights, help make sense of a situation and develop strategies, plans and actions.
