Senior Consultant, Total Rewards
Diane has over 25 years of total rewards experience as a practitioner with major corporations such as Viterra Inc., Investors Group Inc., and the Canadian Wheat Board. Primary responsibilities included the development of key human resources strategies and solutions and the design, implementation, and management of a variety of programs and services.
Areas of focus were the review, redesign and implementation of innovative total rewards programs including job evaluation, role profiling, base and variable pay; development, education and implementation of performance management systems; and the review, education and implementation of innovative technology-based solutions for performance management, salary planning and variable pay. Some examples of major clients include CWB National Leasing, Alberta Blue Cross, Manitoba Hydro, City of Winnipeg, College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba, Loewen, Federated Co-operatives Limited, Saskatchewan Healthcare Employees’ Pension Plan (SHEPP), Canadian Museum for Human Rights and Winnipeg Regional Health Authority.
Diane has served as a Rewards Consultant since 2011, working with Aon Hewitt and independently for a wide variety of clients. Diane has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through World at Work.
