Overview

Caroline is an accomplished HR professional and skilled facilitator, with over 17 years of experience in the areas of talent management, learning and development, performance management, strategic planning, organizational development and performance consulting. She has significant experience as a business coach working with individuals, leaders and teams.

She has a wealth of experience managing employee relations and she has been responsible for executing human resource management programs and initiatives in the retail, IT professional services, manufacturing, construction, healthcare and financial sectors. She brings a strategic lens to her work, drawing on her experiences as a senior leader at Canadian Tire, Indigo Books and Music, Home Trust Company and EDS Canada.

In her consulting and facilitation work with a wide range of client groups, Caroline demonstrates her deep commitment to working collaboratively, transparently and inclusively and supports individuals and teams to do the same. Known for her positive outlook and relatable style, she energizes and motivates groups to find solutions and achieve outstanding results. She understands the complexity of organizational dynamics and the imperative to support teams to achieve their goals, while building strong lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Caroline has a Bachelor of Arts from York University, a certificate in the Advanced Program of Human Resources Management from the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto), and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
