Overview and Strengths

Bliss is an accomplished Leadership, Executive and Team Coach. He brings fifteen years’ experience with high performing team development and executive leadership coaching to build evolved and awakened leaders and teams. His clear and direct approach combined with extensive business and leadership experience in one of Canada’s largest international organizations gives him the skill and background to accelerate a leaders’ development. Bliss works with leaders and teams to produce great business results, challenging them to deliver on two critical elements of leadership success: developing engaged, committed people and creating an organizational environment in which they can excel.

Bliss has provided coaching to high performing business leaders and teams across Canada and the UK. He partners with leaders and teams to customize a Leadership Development plan to support their business and create the necessary behaviors with the key overriding outcome: Deliver Results. This includes – leading with confidence, increased accountability, reduce stress and increase employee engagement at all levels.

Bliss’ own leadership was built on a successful track record of 20 years’ experience in senior positions in financial services where he led teams in the areas of sales, operations and human resources, providing the strategy, implementation and execution expertise that delivered results. This background gives him a personal understanding of the challenges and pressures that leader’s experience. He combines an insightful understanding of successful leadership, learning & development and a passion for seeing key executives, managers and their teams use their skills effectively to deliver extraordinary results.

Bliss is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation, completed his coach training with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), has a BA in Economics U of A, and a Diploma in Financial Analysis, Canadian Securities Institute. The Neuroscience of Change & The Art of Developmental Coaching certified, Coaches Rising. He is a past Board member of the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches (CAPC). He is certified in MBTI Part I and II, Extended DISC, the Enneagram Part I and II and the Leadership Circle Profile Assessments.
