Professional History
Audra August is a senior leadership consultant and advisor. She works with leaders and boards to build effective leadership and healthy cultures. Audra consults to organizations in a variety of industries including consumer-packaged goods, retail, natural resources, not-for-profit and professional services.
Audra has held leadership roles with, BlackBerry, Whirlpool Corporation, and LHH Knightsbridge and she worked for two global human capital consulting firms focused on engagement, measurement, and communication. In addition to consulting, she is currently working with a Not-for-Profit all-girl’s school in Oakville, as Head of People & Culture. Audra has contributed as a speaker and writer on leadership & board effectiveness, culture, and succession management. Her most recent article on CEO Succession, Courage to Change, was published in the Institute of Corporate Directors magazine Director Journal.
