Amy has been a professional coach focusing on communicating through change since 2014. Prior to professional coaching, Amy spent a decade in corporate communications with a leading financial institution and telecommunications corporation. In her corporate career, Amy led a team of professional communicators in high visibility strategic corporate projects including the bank’s senior most leadership conferences, Annual General Meeting, and Annual Report. This role included budgeting, strategic planning, leading teams across the organization, and coaching executives including the CEO, Senior Executive Team and EVPs to engage leaders at every level. She was a writer while working within telecommunications.

Amy is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CTI) and Conversational Intelligence® Certified Coach. She is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (delivered a top-rated session at the IABC 2017 World Conference in Washington), the Canadian Psychological Association, and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
