Overview and Strengths

Alizabeth Calder is an experienced and highly effective executive leader of enterprise change, working at the CEO, COO and CIO level. She has successfully delivered more than $2 billion in transformational and disruptive investments in sectors including banking, transportation, and healthcare, with a significant focus on the operational and leadership changes required to support growth and digital transformation. She has more than 20 years as a C-level executive in addition to 40 years of practical technology experience including 10 years at IBM.

She has also been recognized as a coach, a speaker and a writer, based on her ability to combine credible and results-oriented experience with differentiating operational creativity. Alizabeth is a certified Director with the ability to communicate effectively with the Executive Committee and the Board. She can actively develop a COO or CIO’s ability to lead their team and engage the organization to successfully deliver business value and strategic drivers for strategic investment and governance. She also works with CEOs to identify the critical priorities for transformation and to then develop the roadmap for leadership and operational change required for measured success.
