The Talent Company is pleased to announce that we have partnered with Neuroscience Based Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Strategist, Andrea Carter.

As a Master of Industrial & Organizational Psychology, with a concentration in Human Resources Management and a specialization in Corporate Social Justice, Andrea’s published academic research helps organizations create a Belonging-First Culture based on neuroscience, statistical analysis and sound tactical treatments within the workplace.

With 18 years of experience in neuroscience-based learning and development, Andrea designs and delivers cutting-edge equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging (EDIB) training and coaching that is based on current, relevant, and scientifically validated research.

Andrea is also an author and co-author of the largest EDIB studies in the Canadian mining industry, involving 3500+ participants from 13 TSX-listed companies and revealed the key indicators for improving EDIB strategy and growing the diverse talent pipeline.
